How I've helped others transform their sleep, mind clarity, focus and fitness:

Question 1: What changes to expect in 6 weeks on the program ?

Well, it depends first on which level your start from and how dilligent you get on the program. No effort no results but gold in gold out. If you are dilligent in training (e.g. miss max 1 workout on 6 weeks of programation and train in the intended intensity zone), diet (no or limited binge eating crap), life habits (regular good sleep, not drunk weekly) - you could put on 2-3 kg of lean muscle mass and/or lose 2-3 kg of fat. Other than this, expect massive improvements in sleep quality (e.g. 1h + per night), wellbeing, mental clarity and focus. This makes for more productive hours/ less time wasted on useless crap.

Question 2: Will it work for me ? I swear I tried many things and none worked for me, how is this different ?

Let's say you have been dilligent, maybe you were never in the right intensity zone. We'll make sure you are, this time. Any human genetic make up reacts to this intensity zone x consistence stimulus by muscle growth. It's not easy, but I'm here to get you there.

Question 3: Can I do it from home ?

Sure, with some basic equipments like dumbbells and elastic bands for example. I focus on weighted exercise forms and am less experienced with calisthenics, but we can surely make something work.

Question 4: Who do I help ?

I specialize on people (any genders) with a sensitive dopaminergic system and hyperactive drive, that is: people with hyperactive forms of ADHD, any hyperactivity, high drive, so called "Type A" personalities, high achievers and other people that generally aren't wired to rest. All these will resonate most and be helped most by my program.

As I'm a man, I have much more experience and insights for men, but it doesn't mean I have no cluse on how to help women - we're all human after all and I believe the above personality traits to supersede gender for most issues I help you fix.

Of course, I am open to work with people trying to get fit that do not recognize themselves as any "Hypers". I help them prepare a physical and mental foundations to resist more intense phases in their lives and still live a little better than before.
